We discuss your meal preferences and/or any dietary goals and i create your meal prep menu

Cooking your meals
I come cook your meals for the week in your kitchen (This usually takes 3-5 hours, depending on menu size and how many people im cooking for)

Grocery Shopping
I do your grocery shopping or let you do your own if you'd prefer

Cleaning your kitchen
I clean up after myself and leave your kitchen cleaner than i found it

Enjoy your meals
I leave all your meals labelled with reheating instructions so you're ready to enjoy your meals
